Mark Howard is wanted by the Iowa Department of Corrections High Risk Unit for parole violations habitual offender.

Howard is also wanted by Davenport police for domestic assault with injury and obstructing emergency communications.

According to Crime Stoppers of the Quad Cities, Howard is 5-foot-8, 180 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
