The injury bug just won’t leave the 76ers alone.

Second-year guard Jared McCain suffered a UCL tear in his right thumb during a workout Thursday, according to ESPN’s Tim Bontemps , adding to the long list of injuries that have hampered Philadelphia in recent years.

McCain and the Sixers “are working with specialists to decide how they will proceed,” Bontemps added.
