WARRICK CO., Ind. (WFIE) - The key piece to connecting neighborhoods and parks across Warrick County is now complete.
County leaders cut the ribbon on Victoria Woods Bridge & Trail in Newburgh.
Leaders say it’s one of the most scenic additions to their 16 mile long trail system.
It was all made possible through grant funding.
Leaders say the new bridge and trail not only looks beautiful, it also expands safe, connected options for people to enjoy the outdoors.
“Our biggest thing is we just want to connect schools, parks, and neighborhoods to see, honestly we’ve already seen, a whole lot of people already walking and using it,” said Executive Director Courtney Tenbarge.
