A former girlfriend of Sean "Diddy" Combs has denied being a victim of sex trafficking in a letter submitted to the court ahead of his sentencing. Virginia Huynh, identified as "Victim 3" in Combs' indictment, wrote to Judge Arun Subramanian expressing that she felt pressured during meetings with federal prosecutors to portray herself as a victim. "I felt pressured to feel like a victim. I told them I was not but they insisted that I was, even when I expressed my truth otherwise," Huynh stated in her letter.

Prosecutors had planned to call Huynh, also known as Gina, to testify at Combs' trial. However, just days before the trial began, they informed the judge that they had been unable to reach her. Some witnesses had previously testified that Combs was violent toward Huynh, and her relationship with him was discussed in the context of his dating history, which included Cassie Ventura.

The letter from Huynh was submitted by Combs' legal team along with several others on Wednesday. Huynh clarified that she was not asked to write the letter. Combs' attorneys also indicated they would present a 15-minute video during the sentencing hearing, and at least four attorneys plan to address the judge. Combs is expected to speak before the sentence is announced.

Combs was convicted of two counts of transportation for prostitution, each carrying a maximum sentence of ten years in prison. He was acquitted of more serious charges, including sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy. Ventura and her parents have submitted letters to the court urging the judge to consider the victims in this case. Ventura expressed concerns for her family's safety, stating they have relocated from the New York area due to fears of retribution for testifying against Combs.

The sentencing hearing is set for 10 a.m. ET on Friday in Manhattan.
