OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - Parents are calling for a substitute teacher to be arrested after students say she hit them and used foul language in a fourth-grade classroom in Marion County.

On Wednesday afternoon, Diana Elysee, the principal of South Ocala Elementary School, sent a message to parents alerting them of an incident that happened the day before.

Students reported that substitute teacher Christina Milano pushed, shoved, or slapped some of the children. Students also reported that the substitute teacher used derogatory words and foul language.

Fourth grader Smiya Perry told TV20, that Milano was cursing, yelling, and hitting students.
