CADDO PARISH, La. (KTAL/KMSS) – A man in a military uniform entered Captain Shreve High School, and when things didn't add up, he took off.

Police are now searching for the suspected impersonator.

According to a report from the Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office (CPSO), the man claimed to represent the Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (JROTC) and requested a meeting with the school instructors.

However, the JROTC instructors quickly became suspicious and realized that the man may not be genuinely affiliated with the military.

As they began to question him, he appeared nervous and subsequently fled the school, escaping the campus in an unknown car.
