NEW MEXICO (KRQE) — Hot food assistance for ten New Mexico counties that were impacted by flooding has been extended through the remainder of September. This applies to SNAP customers in Lincoln, Chaves, De Baca, Guadalupe, Otero, Sierra, Socorro, Torrance, Doña Ana and Luna counties, who can temporarily use EBT cards at authorized retailers to buy hot, ready-to-eat foods.
