FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WPTA) - A well-known business owner in 21Country has died at 83.

Tom’s Donuts shares that its founder, Tom Saylor, has passed away.

The ‘master donut maker’ began his business in Angola in 1970.

According to the business, Saylor’s legacy goes beyond the donuts he made famous.

“He poured his heart into his community, his family, and his faith,” said the business. “His tradition lives on in every smile, every shared donut, and every memory made at The Donut Capital of the World.”

The business says it will continue to honor his legacy with ‘the same love and dedication he gave to us all’.
