KIMBERLY, Ala. ( WBRC ) - Police in Kimberly are urging parents to speak with their children about the consequences surrounding pranks involving paintball guns.
On Wednesday, the department posted on Facebook saying it had received reports of juveniles dressed in black, walking and driving through neighborhoods while shooting paintball guns at homes and vehicles. The post stressed that this is not a harmless homecoming prank but a serious criminal offense.
The post stated that someone shooting a paintball gun at someone’s property could be charged with a felony.
