LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) - The Hillcrest neighborhood is ready to celebrate its annual Halloween on Hillcrest tradition, but has some reminders for those who plan to enjoy the decorations and candy.
The neighborhood reminds everyone that no alcohol, drugs, weapons or vendors are allowed.
Attendees are asked to keep in mind that there are no public restrooms.
Visitors can come to the neighborhood any day in October, but are asked to do so before 9 p.m.
On Halloween from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m., guests must enter at either Brownsboro Road or Frankfort Avenue to get a free ticket. Tickets are required for all trick-or-treaters.
It is mandatory to park on side streets on Halloween for safety.
