BUFFALO, N.Y. — After a relatively quiet summer from the three candidates that will appear on the ballot for Buffalo mayor in November, we're back.

Democratic Party candidate and New York State Senator Sean Ryan joined Republican candidate James Gardner and Independent candidate Michael Gainer at a forum in Allentown on Thursday night.
However, the forum was not a debate, and each candidate appeared on stage separately to answer questions from Buffalo News city hall reporter Justin Sondel.
The forum was sponsored by the Allentown Association, and it was the first official forum since the primary where all three candidates appeared.
