An X post features an image of Trump at the UN General Assembly Building and claims the president "startled delegates" during his speech when he purportedly said, "It burns when I pee."

The image includes text that reads, "WKM News," suggesting that a credible news organization had reported the supposed quote from Trump.

But the claim is false. Trump did not make the statement attributed to him in the post. The image originated from a social media account that shares satirical content.
