CHAGRIN FALLS, Ohio -- Nothing says autumn like a scenic wagon ride in the country, catching a show at the Chagrin Documentary Film Festival or taking a spirited walk in a cemetery.

Local organizations have all of that on tap this month.

A haunting tour: The Chagrin History Center invites you to meet some friendly spirits from 3 to 4:30 p.m. Oct. 18 and 19 during its eighth annual SPIRITS ALIVE! guided tour at Evergreen Hill Cemetery.

Participants will be guided to several graves, where they will meet with “spirits” buried in the cemetery who will tell their stories through volunteer interpreters.

The program is different each year. Participants have an opportunity to meet with a different cast of local characters and hear their tales.
