Facing mounting pressure and international isolation over its war in Gaza, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu Friday will attend the UN General Assembly (UNGA) meet in New York to explain his “side of the story.”
Netanyahu boarded the plane to New York on Thursday to attend the UNGA meet. In a post on X, Netanyahu said he will say Israel’s truth.
“I am going out with my wife to the UN rally and to Washington. At the UN rally, I will say our truth – Israeli citizens, the truth of the IDF soldiers, of our country,” he said.
“I will condemn those leaders who, instead of condemning the murderers, the rapists, the child burners, want to give them a state in the heart of the Land of Israel. This will not happen.”
