SRINAGAR : After violence that shook Leh, the situation is slowly limping back to normalcy, officials said on Friday. Restrictions imposed across the district have been partially eased in some localities, though strict measures continue to remain in place in sensitive pockets.

An official said that efforts are underway to restore routine life and if the situation continues to remain peaceful, schools and colleges are expected to reopen from Monday.
