The Delhi High Court on Thursday allowed Priya Sachdev Kapur to file the list of assets of her late husband Sunjay Kapur in a sealed cover in the case between her and Sunjay Kapoor's children from his first marriage with actress Karisma Kapur.

Justice Jyoti Singh also recorded the undertaking from the lawyers appearing on all sides that they will not discuss the case in the media.

"Mr Rajiv Nayar [counsel for Priya Kapur] submits that neither he nor any other lawyer on his side nor his clients will give any press statement concerning this case. A similar assurance is given by Mr Mahesh Jethmalani [counsel for Karisma Kapoor's children], as also Defendant Number 3 [Sunjay Kapur's mother Rani Kapur]," the Court recorded in its ord
