Cllr Alison Firth has set out her priorities following her victory at this month's by-election in Kenilworth.

The Green Party councillor has been elected as the new member for Kenilworth Park Hill Ward at Warwick District Council.

She took a resounding victory with 1,007 votes, followed by the Conservative's Malcolm Graham in second with 588.

Following her victory, Cllr Firth told Nub News: “I am delighted to have been elected as Warwick District Councillor for Park Hill and would like to thank all those who supported me.

"My priorities going forward are rooted in serving residents and protecting our local environment.
