AUSTIN (KXAN) -- As of Friday morning, Hurricane Humberto continues to strengthen and move northwest. Several hundred miles to the west of Humberto, Invest 94L (soon to be Imelda) is forecast to enter a favorable environment for tropical development in the next few days.
Hurricane Humberto is not expected to impact the U.S. and will move out to sea later next week.
Computer models suggest soon to be Imelda could impact parts of the Southeast U.S. East Coast early next week.
These tropical systems will not affect the Gulf or Texas.
