BUFFALO, N.Y. — Officers with U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Buffalo arrested 35 criminal aliens and immigration offenders during a weeklong operation from Sept. 14 to Sept. 19 aimed at enhancing public safety in Central New York.
The operation targeted individuals who violate federal immigration laws, focusing on what ICE describes as the "worst of the worst" criminal aliens. Officials said the effort was part of a broader initiative to restore integrity to the nation’s immigration system and bolster public safety in communities nationwide.
