Lewis Capaldi performs in West Bridgford

Shoppers and local residents were stunned when their glum Friday morning shop turned into a surreal and bizarre concert at a West Bridgford Aldi off Wilford Lane.

Lewis 'CapALDI', a global superstar, turned the heads of hundreds of shoppers and West Bridgford locals when he appeared on The Becketway Aldi's rooftop to perform some of his famous tracks at 9.30am this morning (Friday, September 26).

While a host of excited locals turned up at the event, the short concert will be used as an advert, with a pre-arranged crowd present to bolster the numbers the superstar was performing in front of.
