will open its fourth Charlotte-area store on October 30, expanding its presence with a new warehouse in Indian Land, South Carolina. The 8800 Charlotte Highway location marks the retailer’s first entry into the fast-growing Lancaster County panhandle, just over the North Carolina border.

This opening adds to the chain’s existing stores in Tyvola Road (Charlotte), Matthews, and the Lake Norman area, offering another option for bulk shoppers in the metro. It also marks the first Costco in the Rock Hill region, giving York and Lancaster County residents a closer alternative.
