*Strict action will be taken against officials who fail to ensure pothole repair work is completed.

Speaking at a meeting held today on the 10th floor of the PU building on M.G.Road with all engineers and contractors of the Central City Corporation,Rajendra Cholan,Bengaluru Central City Corporation Commissioner stated that the Chief Minister,in a recent meeting,had issued strict instructions to ensure motorable roads are available to the public without causing inconvenience to citizens.

Following this,the Deputy Chief Minister has also consistently directed officials to ensure the closure of potholes across the city.

In line with their directives,contractors have been instructed to immediately take up necessary road repair works.
