LANSING, Mich. (WILX) - The Old Town Commercial Association is hosting its Downtown Day on Saturday, September 26.

The event is designed to support local businesses and help the community become more familiar with the area.

Festivities will kick off at 10 a.m. with a historic walking tour of Old Town. At 11 a.m., attendees can participate in a public art project at Turner Mini Park.

Guests will also receive a shopping passport to use at participating local businesses.

Each time a purchase is made, the passport will be stamped. For every three purchases, participants will be entered into a drawing to win a gift card.
