Buffalo Bills wide receiver Curtis Samuel is someone that is being floated as a potential trade target heading into the pre-trade deadline period for the Pittsburgh Steelers . After ESPN insider Jeremy Fowler asked if the team would potentially look to trade for Tyreek Hill , but he also chimed in with Samuel’s name, who has been a gameday inactive.

“The Steelers could have one more move in them, and I’d be willing to bet they’d at least have a conversation on Tyreek Hill if Miami engaged. Curtis Samuel is also a healthy scratch in Buffalo despite making $7.4 million this season,” Fowler wrote.
