NEW YORK — Pitching probables aren’t set in stone. The Yankees can always alter their starting pitching plans over these next few days. Manager Aaron Boone said as much before Thursday’s win over the White Sox.
But if these probables come to fruition for the Yankees’ final three games of the regular season, beginning on Friday night against the Orioles, it’ll give a glimpse into how the club’s rotation could look when the playoffs begin next week.
The Yankees have right-handers Will Warren, Cam Schlittler and Luis Gil listed, in that order, as their starters against the Orioles this weekend at Yankee Stadium.
