Montreal’s Plateau-Mont-Royal is making waves internationally for its charm, creativity, and vibrant atmosphere.

In Time Out’s latest ranking of the worlds coolest neighbourhoods, the Plateau claimed the 22nd spot out of 39 global destinations.

“Put simply, the world’s coolest neighbourhoods are places that represent the soul of our cities,” the Time Put market wrote. “While maintaining their own unique local character that draws people in to live, work and play.”

Known for its cozy cafés and thriving nightlife, Plateau-Mont-Royal’s car-free streets from May to September turn into a “runway for the cool crowd,” as Time Out describes it.
