Richmond’s biggest celebration of the LGBTQ+ community is here.

Pridefest 2025 will return to Midtown Green on Saturday with music, performances and thousands of people ready to celebrate. This year's theme is "Live.Out.Loud." Previously held on Brown’s Island, Pridefest has drawn more than 40,000 visitors.

“Pride festivals have a decades-long history in Richmond, and we’re excited to continue that legacy through Pridefest this year,” stated James Millner, program director for Virginia Pride.

“We’re proud to bring together thousands of people together to celebrate the strength and pride of the LGBTQ community at this year’s event. Events like Pridefest not only uplift and empower our community, they also strengthen the fabric of our entire region.”
