Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu addressed accusations that Israel is “deliberately targeting civilians” in Gaza, calling them false. He said Israel has dropped “millions of leaflets and sent millions of texts” to warn civilians and help them evacuate Gaza City.
