JACKSONVILLE – He's making plays and thriving in the system.

These early-season days are good ones for Jaguars linebacker Devin Lloyd , who in the first three games of the 2025 regular season has emerged as a front-line playmaker in an improving, playmaking defense.

The former first-round draft choice is playing at a high level – and he's not alone.

"Winning is fun," he said while joining senior writer John Oehser for this week's Week 4 2025 O-Zone Podcast. "When you're playing as one, with no miscommunications and everyone knows where they're supposed to be, we can go and fly and let it rip.

"When we're doing that and winning and having success on defense and cheering on our guys, that's when you have guys really having fun."
