CAMBRIA HEIGHTS, Queens (WABC) -- A 16-year-old wanted for questioning in connection with the deadly shooting of a 13-year-old boy in a Dunkin' parking lot in Queens this week surrendered to detectives on Friday.
No charges have been filed.
The development follows the NYPD's release of images of the suspect on Thursday.
Police said the person of interest is a 16-year-old boy who attends the nearby Campus Magnet High School.
Mayor Eric Adams had previously said that the motive was an ongoing gang dispute.
