The Mesa Police Department is seeking the public’s help in locating 17-year-old Caleb Dyer who is missing and was last seen at 10:30 p.m. Sept. 24 near Val Vista and Southern Road.

He was last seen wearing a gray T-shirt with “Right of Passage” printed on it, black pants and black slides.

Dyer is a caucasian male with brown hair, blue eyes, standing 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing 130 pounds.
