Nightly lane restrictions are planned Sept. 29-Oct. 1

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan for U.S. Highway 60 Superstition Freeway closures and lane restrictions in Mesa and Apache Junction for pavement maintenance.

Eastbound US60 will be closed between Crismon and Tomahawk roads from 10 p.m. Friday, Oct. 3, to 9 a.m. Saturday, Oct. 4.

Westbound US60 will be closed between Tomahawk and Crismon roads from 10 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 4, to 9 a.m. Sunday, Oct. 5.

For a detour, US60 drivers may consider using Southern or Baseline avenues to travel around the closure.

Westbound US60 will be narrowed to one lane between Tomahawk and Mountain View roads from 10 p.m. Monday, Sept. 29, to 5 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 30.
