The Seattle Police Department (SPD) is investigating a drive-by shooting.

The shooting occurred in the Queen Anne neighborhood Thursday morning, according to SPD .

Officers responded to the 500 block of Queen Anne Avenue North around 12:40 a.m.

They found multiple shell casings in the area, but no victims or property damage.

While investigating, officers stopped a car at 5th Avenue North and Broad Street that matched the description of one of the cars seen leaving the scene.

“The vehicle appeared to have five suspected gunshots on the driver’s side and one casing was located on the tire,” the police report stated.
