Athletes in Lethbridge could soon have a new venue.
The Lethbridge Soccer Association (LSA) says it was thrilled to learn that the University of Lethbridge had received the funding needed to progress with its multi-sport dome project.
LNN is awaiting more details on the dome itself, but we have previously heard that it will include a full-sized synthetic turf field for field sports, two versatile sports courts for basketball, volleyball and other indoor games, as well as a four-lane running track.
