Could Maura Tierney team up with Noah Wyle for a mini-"ER" reunion on an upcoming season of "The Pitt"?

She would certainly be up for it.

The "Law & Order" star was asked by Al Roker on the 3rd Hour of TODAY on Sept. 26 if she would be interested in appearing on "The Pitt," the Emmy-winning hospital drama that features her former "ER" co-star.

"Sure, I love all those — I worked with everyone over there," Tierney said while sitting alongside "Law & Order" co-star Reid Scott.

The question was prompted by Tierney reuniting with former "ER" co-stars Eriq La Salle and Mekhi Phifer during last season of "Law & Order," which is celebrating its 25th season this fall.
