CLAYTON — A teen was charged this week with killing his friend during an argument over pizza and vape pens in Lemay.
Authorities said Derion Davis, 17, grabbed two guns and fired them at once, killing 16-year-old Amorion Fuller .
On Tuesday, Derion was certified as an adult and charged with with second-degree murder and armed criminal action.
On Aug. 19, 2024, Derion and two friends had a sleepover together at a home in the 300 block of Goetz Avenue, St. Louis County police wrote in court records. Derion was 16 at the time.
Derion and Amorion got into an argument the following morning over pizza and vape pens. Police said at some point during the disagreement Derion got ahold of Amorion's gun.
They continued to argue, police said, while Davis had both his pistol and Amorion's gun
