LANCASTER COUNTY, Pa. (WHTM) -- Bail was denied for a Lancaster County man who police say made threats to shoot East Lampeter Township Police and Pennsylvania State Police.

Officers took Anthony Tsoflias, 38, of Lancaster, into custody Friday after learning about threats that he allegedly posted on Facebook earlier this month directed at law enforcement, East Lampeter Township Police said.

Charging documents state WellSpan Public Safety first alerted police on Sept. 19 about threatening posts Tsoflias allegedly made towards a doctor and staff.

In the many other posts on Tsoflias's Facebook that police said they observed, he "expresses his displeasure' towards East Lampeter Township Police and the Lancaster County District Attorney's Office. The charges show there was a video of Tsoflias
