Bobby Flay is getting candid about a kitchen fail he once experienced on an episode of Beat Bobby Flay.

While answering fans’ questions about the Food Network series on his Instagram Stories on Thursday, Sept. 25, the culinary star was asked about “the worst mishap” he’s had cooking on the show.

“When I was making gnudi they disintegrated in the rolling water .. had to start over,” he wrote. Gnudi are a type of Italian dumplings made with ricotta cheese.
