VIENNA, Ill. (WSIL) -- A building in Vienna has completely collapsed on Friday, after it had a partial collapse the day before.

The Vienna Police Department shared surveillance video of the building collapsing on September 26. The video shows the top of the building collapsing to the ground with smoke filling the air above it after it fell.

In a previous report , on September 26, officials responded to the scene of a building which partially collapsed in Vienna.

Officials said the partial collapse was reported just before 2 p.m. in the area of Highway 146, 4th Street and Court Street.

Law enforcement, firefighters and EMS were called to the scene and the Vienna mayor declared the abandoned building a disaster.
