UPDATE: Roberts pleaded guilty to aggravated fleeing a stop and driving on a revoked license on Aug. 26.

A judge sentenced him to 10 years in prison for fleeing. He was also sentenced to serve five years for driving on a revoked license. The two sentences will be served concurrently according to online court records.
