PARMA, Ohio (WJW) -- Starting Friday, Sept. 26, student visitors to Parma City Schools' Byers Field will be expected to abide by new safety rules.

The announcement appeared Friday afternoon on the school district's Facebook page:

Effective tonight, all elementary and middle school students wishing to attend football games at Byers Field must be accompanied by an adult, who is responsible for that student's behavior at all Byers Field football games. Elementary and middle school students will be denied entrance if there is no adult present. Students are encouraged to sit with their parents or families in the stands.
