NEW YORK CITY (WPIX) – The man who shot and killed four people inside Manhattan's 345 Park Ave. in July had Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy, also known as CTE, according to the New York City Medical Examiner. Gunman Shane Tamura, 27, targeted the NFL headquarters in the Park Avenue building on July 28 with a three-page suicide note blaming the agency for his injury and calling for there to be a study on his brain for CTE.
