AUSTIN (KXAN) — Texas senior linebacker Trey Moore is in consideration for an award considered to be the "Academic Heisman."
Moore is a semifinalist for the William V. Campbell Trophy, the National Football Foundation announced Wednesday. The Campbell Trophy is a scholar-athlete award given to the college football player who "exemplifies the student-athlete ideal and pursues excellence both on and off the field."
