GREENSBORO, N.C. — Greensboro police have arrested a woman and charged her with operating an unlicensed care facility where a 74-year-old man went missing from back in July.

According to the Greensboro Police Department, 50-year-old Hazel Mae Forman was arrested after a warrant was issued based on an investigation by the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services.

Forman has already posted her $10,000 bond and is no longer in custody.

On July 3, 74-year-old Larry Burton was reported missing after he was last seen at the facility, which was located on Moody Street, at 10:30 p.m. on July 2.

Search efforts for Burton have been ongoing since July, but he has not been found yet.
