NEW DELHI: Delhi HC on Friday allowed Priya Sachdev Kapur to file the list of assets of her late husband, Sunjay Kapur, in a sealed cover in the case between her and Sunjay's children from his marriage with actor Karisma Kapoor . Justice Jyoti Singh also recorded the undertaking from lawyers appearing for all sides that they would not discuss the case in the media. The bench directed that a copy of Sunjay's will be given to his mother, Rani Kapur. HC passed the order on an application by Priya in a pending suit filed by Karisma's children seeking a share in their father's assets. The next hearing is scheduled for Oct 9.
