The counsels for Priya Sachdev Kapur and Karisma Kapoor’s children on Friday told the Delhi High Court they would not disclose the contents of Sunjay Kapur’s will to the media. The assurance was given during a hearing in the inheritance dispute over the late businessman’s estate.
At the hearing, the court permitted Priya, the widow, to submit a list of Kapur’s assets in a sealed cover. Her counsel also asked that the documents shared in court be kept confidential and protected by non‑disclosure agreements.
The court further ordered that Rani Kapur, Sunjay’s mother, be given a copy of the will, while the original would remain in the custody of the High Court’s Registrar General.
