PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) — Two men were arrested and accused of murder on Thursday after a body was found by a hunter in the woods in rural Oregon on Tuesday, authorities said.
On the afternoon of Sept. 23, a hunter near Sprague River called 911 to report finding a dead person in a forested area, according to Oregon State Police.
The man was later identified as Bellingham, Wash. resident Robert T. Hein, 47, with the responding Klamath County Sheriff's Office determining his death was the result of a homicide.
On early Thursday morning, the OSP SWAT team executed a search warrant on a rural property in Sprague River, arresting two suspects in connection with Hein's death.
The two men, 38-year-old Russell Dwayne Carroway and 31-year-old Devin Tyler Pellerin, now each face charges of murder,
