OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) - Several days after a 76-year-old man was run over in Marion County, state troopers say they’ve arrested the woman responsible.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers say the victim was pushing a cart of groceries at the intersection of Southwest 60th Street and State Road 200 around 8 p.m. on Tuesday.

Troopers say Somer Lynn Fox, 32, of Seminole, Florida, was driving a van that struck the man crossing the intersection.

The victim died at the scene, and Fox left the scene.
