LAS VEGAS ( FOX5 ) — The Clark County School District has asked the community to participate in a survey gathering input on school start times.
The school district is considering adjusting school start times by 30 minutes later for the 2026-27 school year. The survey closes at 5 p.m. Friday, Oct. 17. Officials say it takes about three minutes or less to complete.
CCSD says shifting school start times is an effort to create a schedule that better fits the community with minimal fiscal impact.
“We are asking our entire community to participate in this survey to get an accurate pulse on the topic,” said CCSD Superintendent Jhone Ebert. “We understand that any change we make to school start times impacts our employees, students, families, and even businesses across Clark County. It’s impo
