GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - Parker Fire District reports it is responding to a crash involving an 18-wheeler, leaving three people injured in Greenville County on Friday.

Officials said they responded to a crash involving an 18-wheeler and a Toyota 4Runner around 5 p.m. at the intersection of Old Easley Bridge Road and White Horse Road.

Southbound lanes are backed up, according to officials.

The cause of the crash is unknown at this time. FOX Carolina crews are en route to the scene.
